These rugby shorts are inspired by children's clothing fabric, circa 1960-1970s. The original fabric was made from a polyester blend for novelty children’s clothing and it was reimagined in a more desirable patterned cotton. This silhouette is reminiscent of traditional rugby shorts worn throughout Canada by way of England.
