This polo sweater is inspired by 1940s children's knitwear from New England. The dark brown knit features red trim along the collar, cuffs, and hem. It is subtly accented by two 1940s millefiori red glass buttons with floral detail. Millefiori translates to "a thousand flowers". The glasswork technique is believed to have been invented by ancient Egyptians and used by Alexandrian glass artisans in the 2nd century BC. Trimmings are antique glass, handle with care. Fibers are 100% biodegradable, natural, and renewable.
