Are all clothes made from vintage textiles?

While the foundation of the brand is based around repurposing vintage textiles and many of our online offerings are made from vintage, select fabrics are replicated in India to simulate vintage textiles. 

Are you accepting interns?
We are always looking for talent. If interested, please forward along a resume to carolina@bodenewyork.com with the subject line, “Internship.” 

How long does it take to process my order?
For pants, please allow up to 4-6 weeks to process, as our pants are all made to order. All other orders placed Monday – Friday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, and all orders placed outside this range will begin processing the next business day.

What method of payment is accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and GooglePay.

What are the shipping options?
If you happen to be in the NYC area we encourage you to pick your purchases up from our studio location at 25 E Broadway, New York, NY 10002, for free. Standard domestic shipping is a flat rate of USD 15.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only ship internationally to Canada, Denmark, Japan, England, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Sweden, Thailand and Australia. The rate for international shipping is USD 65.

Do you cover duties/tax for international shipments?
All international orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. These fees can be estimated and pre-paid during checkout to avoid clearance issues on import. Should you need more information before purchasing please contact sales@bodenewyork.com.

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at sales@bodenewyork.com so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

What is your return policy for domestic shipments?
Unworn and unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be exchanged for store credit within 1 week of delivery.

How do I process a return?
In the event you need to process a return, please email sales@bodenewyork.com.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email immediately and follow up with a shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipping labels take a moment to update.

How do I know what the best size is for me?
The size table below is to serve as an overall guide to shop our site, specifically for tops. Note that our pants are all custom, with a standard inseam of 29", but there is enough seam allowance for special adjustments if necessary. Should you need more specific measurements, we are always available at sales@bodenewyork.com to assist before purchase.

What is the benefit of having an account and can I shop without one?
You are always welcome to shop our site without creating an account. However, setting up an account with us will allow you to review your orders and view past purchases. Additionally, we will notify you when new pieces are uploaded to the e-shop.

Do you have a store location?
Currently we do not have a brick and mortar retail store, however, we have availability by appointment at our studio at 25 E Broadway, New York, NY 10002. Please also check out our list of stockists, here.
