A large majority of the collection is made using antique fabrics and materials. All idiosyncrasies, including wear, mending, and stains are part of the story of the fabric and overall garment.

If needed, we can do our best to repair the garment, should there be any egregious issues.

Alterations and Repairs
Fit is extremely important to us and an integral part of our brand identity. Thus, we’re happy to provide alterations for all of our garments. Alteration fees are subject to change and will be provided upon request. For all inquiries, please email

Return Policy
If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 14 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. All items are exchangeable for store credit only. Once we receive the item, you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned garment. Store credits are valid for five years from the date they were issued. Exchanges can be accommodated on a case by case basis. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please include this information in your email and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

To return an item, please email and include:
  1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
  2. Name on the order.
  3. Email address on the order.
  4. Your request.
For domestic returns:
Please allow 1-2 days for your request to be processed, and only proceed with your return once you have received a Bode return shipping label from our fulfillment center.
For international returns:
Please allow 1-2 days for your request to be processed, and await return instructions from our fulfillment center before proceeding. Please note, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our office for international returns, and will incur the shipping cost.

International Customs & Duties
All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.
