A large majority of the collection is made using antique fabrics and materials. All idiosyncrasies, including wear, mending, and stains are part of the story of the fabric and overall garment.
If needed, we can do our best to repair the garment, should there be any egregious issues.
Alterations and Repairs
Fit is extremely important to us and an integral part of our brand identity. Thus, we’re happy to provide alterations for all of our garments. Alteration fees are subject to change and will be provided upon request. For all inquiries, please email email@example.com.
Repairs are approved on a case by case basis. If you have a garment that needs additional mending/repairs, please forward your inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 14 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. All items are exchangeable for store credit only. Once we receive the item, you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned garment. Store credits are valid for five years from the date they were issued. Exchanges can be accommodated on a case by case basis. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please include this information in your email and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
