These side-tie trousers are inspired by a souvenir tablecloth from East Asia, circa 1940s. Tablecloths such as this were often brought home to loved ones by American soldiers stationed abroad. These trousers feature a sailboat motif in multicolor embroidery on a pale yellow base. The silhouette is that of a traditional trouser - high rise, straight leg.
